Blueberry Muffins


Blueberry Muffins Recipe


Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of fresh milk/semi-skimmed milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of vegetable oil/ melted plain butter
2 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of blueberry ( fresh or canned)

Stir the sugar, milk and vanilla essence until the sugar is dissolved. Next, add the egg. Make sure that the egg is well beaten before mixing it with other ingredients. Add the oil and flour to make the batter. Mix all the ingredients except for blueberry. Add the blueberry after the batter is ready. Spoon the batter into the cake or muffin cases ( I am using muffins silicone).Bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Check the muffins using toothpick. If it comes out clean then your muffins are ready. Enjoy your muffins!
